CNH Industrial Vice President of Human Resources for South America, Telma Cracco, participated in the SAE Brazil Symposium on Diversity in the Mobility Sector, which focused on the challenges and opportunities of Diversity and Inclusion in business. Margaret Groff, Rachel Maia and Silvia Zwi also participated in the “Feminine Empowerment” panel, mediated by journalist Marcia Monteiro. The debate on gender diversity presented the current panorama and the challenges women face in the labor market, as well as spotlighting inspiring stories and successful initiatives with regards equality.

At the event, Ms. Cracco shared her 25-year long professional journey at CNH Industrial, starting as an intern through to her position as Vice President today. She spoke about the challenges she faced when she started her career in a predominantly male environment and recalled that the mobility sector still needs to advance in terms of gender equality, whether in leadership positions in large companies or in the areas of engineering, technology and innovation.
