Las Cruces to weigh allowing outdoor cannabis consumption in licensed facilities

In the lead-up to the meeting, Scott Krahling of the Southwest Cannabis Trade Association hadn’t heard any public opposition to allowing public consumption, but hopes people who are concerned with the ordinance will voice their opinion.
