It’s crunch time for the push to ban Congress from trading stocks

Congress faces a big to-do list before taking its August recess and then focusing primarily on November’s midterm elections, but advocates for a ban on congressional trading of individual stocks say they’re upbeat about lawmakers delivering on that issue.
