HCA, Bridgestone and Philips reveal worker diversity data as Metro approves jobs grants

It's among the first instances of companies publicly revealing demographics of their workers, either as part of the grant contract they signed with Metro or at a board's request — partly motivated by the "Do Better Bill," approved in early 2018, which requires companies receiving Metro grants or tax breaks to report some similar information.
