Austin wants feedback on I-35 'cap and stitch' proposal

As the Texas Department of Transportation plans a massive expansion of I-35 downtown, proposals have been floated to "cap and stitch" the corridor that's long divided downtown from East Austin. Now, the city wants community feedback as it plans its next step toward the future project.
