Lots in KC's Manheim Park sit vacant after Brad Pitt's nonprofit fails to develop them

Brad Pitt's Make it Right Foundation completed an an apartment project in the Manheim Park neighborhood seven years ago, but it has failed to complete a renovation of several lots in the same neighborhood.
