In trading on Thursday, the Vanguard S&P Small-Cap 600 Value ETF is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1.9% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Gamestop, up about 42.1% and shares of Movado Group, up about 16% on the day.
