Judge denies lawsuit meant to block Wisconsin's mask mandate

In August, the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL), of Milwaukee, filed the lawsuit in Polk County Circuit Court on behalf of three Wisconsinites against Gov. Tony Evers alleging he violated state law by declaring a second public health emergency on July 30.
