What are your favorite index funds for renewables or for dividends?

I was reading ”We Do Things Differently: The Outsiders Rebooting Our World” by Mark Stevenson. (I no longer bother with ISBNs.) Liquid air and a zero-emission engine, the EnerNet… all interesting ideas. Led me to think about index funds for renewables and for dividends. Ideas?
