FNB Corporation to acquire Raleigh's Yadkin Financial in $1.4B deal

Yadkin Financial, the Raleigh-based parent of Yadkin Bank (NYSE: YDKN), is being acquired by Pittsburgh-based F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB) in a deal worth about $1.4 billion.
