Smith announces that all persons or entities who purchased the common stock of Primo Water Corporation (“Primo Water” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ:PRMW) pursuant and/or traceable to the Company's initial public offering commencing November 4, 2010, including purchasers of Primo Water stock between November 4, 2010 and August 10, 2011, inclusive (the “Class Period”), have until January 31, 2012 to move the Court to serve as Lead Plaintiff in the securities fraud class action lawsuit filed in the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.

Primo Water provides water dispensers, multi-gallon purified bottled water and self-serve filtered drinking water in the United States and Canada. The Complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period defendants misrepresented and/or failed to disclose material adverse facts, including: (i) the robustness of its sales and the nature of the Company's relationships with its primary retail customers; (ii) that the Company's growth rate had slowed and would be slower for the rest of 2011, if not beyond; (iii) that the Company would not meet the financial guidance it provided to investors; and (iv) as a result of the foregoing, defendants' positive statements about the Company were lacking in a reasonable basis of fact and were materially false and misleading when made.

No class has yet been certified in the above action. Until a class is certified, you are not represented by counsel unless you retain one.
