Production Process Description：

[Raw Material Preparation] → [Mixing] → [Feeding] → [Press Molding] → [Demolding] → [Conveying] → [Curing]→ [Finished Product]

Raw Material Preparation

- Prepare cement, sand, crushed stone, and other raw materials in the specified proportions.

- Ensure that the raw materials are free of impurities and meet production requirements.

Mixing

- Feed the raw materials into the mixer and add water; mix until uniform.

- The resulting mixture should possess a specific degree of viscosity and fluidity.

Feeding

- Convey the mixed material into the hopper of the hollow brick machine using a conveyor belt or feeding mechanism.

Pressing and Forming

Demolding

Curing

Finished Product

- Once cured, the bricks meet the required strength specifications and become finished products.

- These finished bricks are suitable for use in various construction projects, such as buildings and roadways.

Precautions:

- Ensure accurate raw material proportions and thorough mixing.

- Exercise care in controlling pressure during compaction to prevent cracking or deformation of the bricks.

- Handle the bricks gently during demolding to avoid damage.
