Item 8.01        Other Events.
 
On January 17, 2013, Registrant issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has extended the expiration of its current stock repurchase program to January 31, 2014.  The existing stock repurchase program, which was approved in January 2011 was scheduled to expire on January 31, 2013.  A copy of the January 17, 2013 press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
