Item 8.01.     Other Events.
     On February 5, 2008, the registrant completed its stock repurchases under its up to $80 million stock repurchase program authorized by its board of directors in April 2007. With the completion of this repurchase program, the board of directors has authorized a new repurchase program covering the repurchase of up to an additional $80 million of common stock from time to time in the open market, in privately negotiated transactions, and otherwise. The number of shares purchased and the timing of purchases will be based on the level of cash balances, general business and market conditions, and other factors, including alternative investment opportunities.
