Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 6, 2008, HFF, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s
financial and production volume results for the quarter ended September 30, 2008. A copy of
the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
