Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

     On May 21, 2007, Capital Senior Living Corporation (the “Company”) and Prudential Real Estate Investors (“PREI”) announced the formation of a joint venture to develop a senior housing community in Miami Township, Ohio, with expected total costs for such community of approximately $21.7 million. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
