ITEM 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On June 7, 2005 - Laboratory Corporation of America(R) Holdings
(LabCorp(R)) announced that the Company received a subpoena from the U.S.
Attorney's office for the District of New Jersey. The subpoena seeks the
production of business and financial records regarding capitation and risk
sharing arrangements with government and private payers for the years 1993
through 1999. The Company has been informed by a representative of the U.S.
Attorney's office for the District of New Jersey that the company is not the
target of the investigation and that similar subpoenas have been sent to a
number of other lab and non-lab companies seeking information.
