Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago Industries) is filing herewith a press release issued on December 12, 2008, as Exhibit 99.1 which is included herein. The press release was issued to report that on December 18, 2008, Winnebago Industries anticipates announcing its financial results for the first quarter fiscal 2009 ended November 29, 2008.
