Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated February 06, 2012 filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores.
By letter dated February 6, 2012, the Company reported that through its subsidiary Real Estate Strategies L.P. (“RES”), has executed an agreement with Supertel Hospitality Inc. (“Supertel”), for the acquisition of 3 million convertible preferred shares that Supertel will issue for the total amount of USD 30 million.
As of the date hereof RES has received 2,1 million of shares, and paid the amount of USD 21 million. The parties expect the transaction to be completed shortly, on the remaining 900,000 shares.
