Section 1 - Conflict Minerals Disclosure

Item 1.01 Conflict Minerals Disclosure and Report

Lattice Semiconductor Corporation (together with its subsidiaries, “Lattice”) has evaluated its products for the year ending December 31, 2017 and determined that certain products that it contracted to manufacture contain conflict minerals that are necessary to the functionality of such products. Based on its reasonable country of origin inquiry, Lattice has reason to believe that certain necessary conflict minerals may have originated in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or an adjoining country and may not be from recycled or scrap sources.
