On November 16, 2010, Invacare Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will redeem all $3,055,000 outstanding principal amount of its 9 ¾% Senior Notes due 2015 (the “Notes”) on December 31, 2010, at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Notes, plus the applicable premium calculated in accordance with the terms of the indenture governing the Notes and accrued and unpaid interest on the Notes to, but not including, the redemption date. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
