Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
Farmer Bros. Co., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), will include in its 2013 Annual Report a letter to the Company’s stockholders from Michael H. Keown, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. A copy of the letter is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
