By letter dated on September 9, 2016 the Company informs that according to the resolution adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company dated September 9, 2016 it has been approved the redemption of all outstanding of its IRSA’s 8.500% Notes due 2017, Series No. 1 (the “Notes”) in accordance with the terms of the redemption notice attached to this 6-k Form.
