Lennox International Inc. has changed the record date of its 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders from March 18, 2009 to March 27, 2009. As previously announced, the 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on May 21, 2009, at 1:00 p.m., Central Standard time at the University of Texas at Dallas School of Management, at the southeast corner of Drive A and University Parkway in Richardson, Texas.
