On April 4, 2008, the Company’s management, after receiving written comments from the Staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) pertaining to the Company’s quarterly report on Form 10-QSB for the period ended June 30, 2007 regarding accounting comments received in connection with the FuelMeister acquisition, determined that its quarterly reports on Form 10-QSB for the period ended June 30, 2007 and for the period ended September 30, 2007 required.  Accordingly, the quarterly report on Form 10-QSB for the period ended June 30, 2007, filed with the SEC on August 16, 2007, and the quarterly report on Form 10-QSB for the period ended September 30, 2007, filed with the SEC on November 16, 2007, should no longer be relied upon.

The Company’s management and its Board of Directors reached their conclusions in consultation and with the concurrence of the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm, Kingery & Crouse, PA.
