This Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K is deemed filed for all
purposes under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and the Securities
Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, including by reference in the Registration
Statement on Form F-3 (Registration No. 33-99550) and the Registration 
on Form F-3 (Registration No. 333-9180). 
 
The attached current report on Form 6-K/A, furnished to the SEC on the date
hereof, amends and supersedes the current report on Form 6-K furnished to the
SEC to May 10, 2005.  In particular, revision is made to the income before tax
for the first quarter of 2004 from KRW1,626 billion to KRW1,699 billion on page
two.
