On September 26, 2006, the registrant's Board of Directors appointed Karen Kaplan to the Compensation Committee. Ms. Kaplan is President of the Boston office of Hill, Holliday communications agency.

Ms. Kaplan was appointed as a director of the registrant on April 26, 2006.
