São Paulo, SP, Brasil, September 25, 2013 – GAFISA S.A. (BOVESPA: GFSA3) (“Gafisa” or “Company”), hereby discloses to its shareholders and the market that the public meeting with analysts, initially scheduled to be held on September 27, was rescheduled to be held on December 6, 2013, at 8 a.m., at the Company’s headquarter. The decision of the Company was to organize the meeting in December, considering this date more appropriate for the analysis of Company’s key figures in 2013, along with a more clear view of the perspectives for 2014.
