(the "Company") hereby publicly informs to its shareholders, to the market in general and to other interested parties that, due to the fact that the minimum legal quorum required for the Extraordinary General Meeting convened for May 11, 2012 to be held in first call, was not reached, such meeting will be held in second call on May 21, 2012, at 2:30 p.m., pursuant to the call notice which is going to be made public timely.
