(1) This price represents the weighted average purchase price for multiple transactions reported on this line. The price of transactions reported on this line range from 2.83 to 2.84. Upon request by the SEC staff, the issuer or a security holder of the issuer, the reporting person will undertake to provide full information regarding the number of shares and prices at which transactions were effected.
(2) 750,000 shares of this common stock are restricted and will vest ratably on each of March 10, 2009, 2010 and 2011.
(3) This price represents the weighted average purchase price for multiple transactions reported on this line. The price of transactions reported on this line range from 2.69 to 2.79. Upon request by the SEC staff, the issuer or a security holder of the issuer, the reporting person will undertake to provide full information regarding the number of shares and prices at which transactions were effected.
