On February 11, 2013, John S. Gulas, President and Chief Executive Officer of Farmers National Banc Corp., first used with certain institutional investors a revised quarterly investor presentation for the most recent year and quarter ended December 31, 2012, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
