On November 22, 2011, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Spirit Airlines, Inc. (the Company) approved discretionary cash bonuses to certain employees of the Company, including certain of the Companys named executive officers for 2010 (the NEOs), in connection with the successful completion of the Companys initial public offering. The approved bonuses to the NEOS were as follows:
