On August 29, 2011, Mr. Kim, Ssang-Su, President, Chief Executive Officer and Standing Director of Korea Electric Power Corporation (“KEPCO”), resigned from his position. Pursuant to KEPCO’s articles of incorporation, Mr. Kim, Woo-Kyum, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Standing Director of KEPCO, will serve as the interim President and Chief Executive Officer.
