On March 25, 2009, Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc.’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Mid Penn Bank (the “Bank”), issued a press release announcing the appointment of Edward P. Williams, age 45, as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Bank. The press release detailing Mr. Williams’ employment history and other information is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Item 5.02.
