On December 10, 2008, at a special meeting of shareholders held at 10:00 a.m. at Mid Penn Bank, 349 Union Street, Millersburg, PA, Mid Penn Bancorps shareholders approved and adopted the amendment to the corporations articles of incorporation authorizing up to 10,000,000 shares of preferred stock. 2,280,861 shares voted in favor of the amendment, 98,037 shares voted against the amendment, and 2,916 shares abstained.
