On December 4, 2008, Gordon Coburn, Chief Financial and Operating Officer of Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation (the Company), participated in a fireside chat at Credit Suisses Annual Technology Conference. During his discussion, Mr. Coburn provided his view on the current business environment in which the Company operates, as well as the potential adverse impact on the Companys revenues and non-operating income for the fourth quarter resulting from the weakening of the European currencies during such quarter.
