ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On October 17, 2008, Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (“Corporation”) issued a press release discussing its financial results for the third quarter and first nine months of 2008. Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the Corporation’s press release dated October 17, 2008.
