REPORT ON FORM 6-K

Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated January 9, 2008 filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores.

By letter dated January 9, 2008, the Company reported that it has sold and transferred an undivided 29.85% of the building Bouchard Plaza located at Bouchard 551, City of Buenos Aires, known as “Edificio La Nación”, with a surface area of 9,946 square meters and 133 parking spaces, for an amount of US$ 34,420,000 and the delivery of the actual possession, to the company Techint Compañía Técnica Internacional Sociedad Anónima Comercial e Industrial.

The Company reported that it has also assigned to the purchaser the leases subscribed with Nortel Networks de Argentina S.A. and with Techint.

The profits of this operation will be reflected in the notes of the next quarterly financial statements.
