REPORT ON FORM 6-K

Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated November 14, 2007, filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores.

By letter dated November 14, 2007, the Company reported that several holders of the Company’s Convertible Notes exercised their conversion rights. Hence, the financial indebtedness of the Company shall be reduced in US$ 802,807 and accordingly, a capital increase of 1,473,030 ordinary shares face value pesos 1 each has been made. The conversion was performed according to the terms and conditions established in the prospectus of issuance at the conversion rate of 1.83486 shares, face value pesos 1 per Convertible Note of face value US$ 1. As a result of that conversion the amount of shares of the Company goes from 575,705,588 to 577,178,618. As the exercise period for the Company’s Convertible Notes has expired, as of this date the Company will proceed to pay the outstanding amount of US$ 57,657.
