(1) | This acquisition reflects an irrevocable election to have share units under a Financial Security Assurance Holdings, Ltd. supplemental employee retirement plan ("SERP") credited with share units ("Assured Share Units") of Assured Guaranty Ltd ("Assured"). The Assured Share Units represent the right to receive Assured Common Shares at the time of the reporting person's distribution of benefits from the SERP in accordance with the terms of the SERP and such Assured Share Units may not be transferred into an alternative investment account. |
