The press release and supplemental operating and financial data of American Land Lease, Inc., dated February 13, 2008 attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 is furnished herewith. American Land Lease will hold its’ fourth quarter earnings conference call on February 13, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time to discuss fourth quarter 2007 results.
