Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On April 19, 2018, Escalade, Incorporated ("Escalade") issued the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 announcing financial information regarding Escalade's first quarter results for 2018.

On April 19, 2018, the Board of Directors of Escalade announced that a quarterly dividend of twelve and a half cents $0.125 per share would be paid to all shareholders of record on June 7, 2018 and disbursed on June 14, 2018.
