PART III -- NARRATIVE
State below in reasonable detail why Forms 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, 10-D, N-SAR, N-CSR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.
Due to system issues, we had a delay in compiling the final numbers, and obtaining final auditor sign-off, and we were therefore not able to complete the final 10-Q by August 15th, 2011. It was completed one day later and we are looking to file on August 16th, 2011.
