Southern Airlines Company Limited (the “Company”) published a circular on
November 18, 2010 on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website at:
http://www.hkexnews.hk/listedco/listconews/sehk/20101118/LTN20101118192.pdf,
to disclose a continuing connected transaction with Southern Airlines Group
Finance Company Limited (the “Finance Company”). The Finance Company is a non
wholly-owned subsidiary of China Southern Air Holding Company, the Company’s
parent company. On November 8, 2010, the Company renewed its financial services
agreement with the Finance Company for a period of three years through December
31, 2013.
