On
December 18, 2009, Neuralstem, Inc. (“Company”) announced that it’s Phase I
trial to treat Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS or Lou Gehrig’s disease) with
its spinal cord stem cells had been approved by the Institutional Review Board
(IRB) at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. A copy of the press
release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.01.
