On June
4, 2009, Neuralstem, Inc. (“Company”) issued a press release announcing it
received a notice of allowance from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
for Patent application 12/049,922, entitled “Use of Fused Nicotinamides to
Promote Neurogenesis,” A copy of the press release is attached
to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
