On February 1, 2007, the issuer repriced the above stock options, which originally had an exercise price of $0.11 per share, as follows: 1,500,000 which were vested as of February 1, 2007 were repriced to $0.045; and 500,000 options that vest on March 8, 2007 were repriced to $0.075 per share. |
