Other Events.

On October 20, 2015, the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (the “Florida OIR”) approved the filing made by Federated National Insurance Company, the wholly owned insurance subsidiary of Federated National Holding Company (the “Company”), to comply with the cease and desist order dated May 19, 2015.  On October 21, 2015, the Florida OIR rescinded the cease and desist order based upon its approval of the Company’s filing.

A copy of the final order is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
