Events.
On
July
19, 2006, the board of directors of Pinnacle Financial Partners, Inc., a
Tennessee corporation (the "Company") approved a 2-for-1 stock split payable
in
the form of a 100% stock dividend on August 11, 2006 to the Company's
shareholders of record at the close of business on July 31, 2006.
