Share Buyback

 

On March 29, 2018, the Company entered into a Redemption Agreement to purchase 294,787 shares of its common stock from M3 Partners, LP, a non-affiliated, institutional investor.  The agreed purchase price was $34.28 per share, the closing price of the Company’s common stock as of March 29, 2018.  This transaction falls within the parameters of the Company’s board-approved stock repurchase program.
